Job summary

The Juris Agency in Southwest Pennsylvania is seeking an energetic insurance sales professional to join our team. Primary duties include building client relationships, presenting quotes, closing sales, and guiding clients through renewal options.

This role supports two office locations, Murrysville and Latrobe, with remote work possibilities. The ideal candidate will be sales-driven, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong communication and integrity.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Prior insurance industry experience is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service.
• Develop insurance quotes, present coverage options, close sales, and achieve performance goals.
• Educate and advise clients during the renewal shopping process.
• Foster long-term customer relationships to maintain high levels of client retention and product loyalty.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service

• Treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to educate and advise clients during the renewal shopping process
• Foster long-term customer relationships to maintain high levels of client retention and product loyalty
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead database follow-up

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Prior insurance industry experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Agency Management Systems
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage responsibilities effectively
• Team-oriented with a positive, motivated, and driven attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
