We are looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to assist with a growing book of business at a local independent agency. Ideal candidates have a few years of Personal Lines Insurance experience, familiarity with management systems like AMS360 or Applied Epic, and hold an active Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Process endorsements, audits, policy changes, and maintain follow-up lists and policy details.
• Prepare and process renewal information requests and certificates.
• Monitor communication with clients to manage or update information, provide quotes, bind coverages, and assist with potential cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality, demonstrate integrity and a positive attitude, and help promote an engaging work environment.
