Job summary

The Misch Group is an independent insurance agency in Phoenix seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager with Commercial experience. The role focuses on servicing and marketing personal lines across multiple carriers while supporting commercial lines needs.

Ideal candidates will hold a P&C license and have at least two years of personal lines AM experience in an independent agency, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• P&C license required.
• Experience working for an independent insurance agency.
• Experience servicing/quoting/marketing personal lines with multiple carriers, and wholesalers.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager.
• Must also have experience with Commercial Lines.

Responsibilities

• Work with Agency Principal, Producers, and Team Members
• Order policies and issue documentation, certificates, and binders as needed
• Prepare account renewal submissions for marketing and proposals to obtain competitive coverage/cost ratios for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by developing and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
• Bind coverage for new clients

The Account Manager is a key component of our team. A clients’ experience from a service perspective can make or break the sustainability of our business. As an AM, you can directly affect and control our clients’ experience.

Job Requirements:

• P&C License required
• Experience working for an independent insurance agency
