• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding their personal insurance needs.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, renewals, and other account transactions.
• Review policies and coverage to identify gaps, changes in exposure, and potential opportunities to better protect the client.
• Market and remarket accounts when appropriate and obtain quotes from insurance carriers.
• Prepare applications, supplemental applications, and other required underwriting documentation.
• Obtain and review quotes and policy documents for accuracy and coverage.
• Communicate renewal recommendations and coverage changes to clients.
• Handle certificates, evidence of insurance, ID cards, and other client documentation as needed.
• Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters to resolve issues and obtain needed information.
