The Jonus Group in Utah seeks a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to support clients through the policy lifecycle and manage a personal lines book. You will quote new and renewal policies, respond to client inquiries, and ensure accurate records in the agency system.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and focused on delivering responsive, professional service while collaborating with teammates to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required for personal lines.
• Prior personal lines experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Applied EPIC is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of personal lines business, including quoting new and renewal policies.
• Provide responsive client service by addressing questions, processing requests, and resolving issues.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other account servicing needs.
• Review coverage options and assist clients with understanding available insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation within agency management software.
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy servicing, underwriting requirements, and coverage needs.
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient and consistent account management.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $40,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
