Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, operations management or finance is required.
• Relevant insurance or operational excellence designation is preferred.
• Experience leading operational teams and driving efficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the operations and underwriting/claims workflow end-to-end.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and cost discipline.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation.
• Manage capacity planning and vendor relationships for outsourced partners.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to automate workflows and enhance data quality.
• Develop and coach the operations team for strong performance and growth.
