Job summary

You will drive workflow improvements, implement AI-enabled solutions, and align functions with business and technology leaders to enhance operating effectiveness.

Responsibilities include managing performance, developing staff, and establishing KPIs to improve speed, quality, and cost discipline across policy and claims lifecycles

Qualifications

• Experience leading insurance operations, underwriting support, or claims operations.
• Proven ability to drive efficiency through process redesign, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting and claims support processes and service delivery expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the operations team supporting underwriting and claims across the policy lifecycle.
• Establish and manage operational KPIs including turnaround times, accuracy, productivity, and expense discipline.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements and automation to increase speed, consistency, and scalability.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to prioritize system enhancements and drive automation of workflows.
