NBT seeks an agency support professional to manage client files, validate AMS data, and provide basic to moderate helpdesk support for agency personnel. Travel may be necessary. Requires an associates degree with 3 years’ experience; licenses or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Strong MS Office skills and data analysis ability are essential. Role emphasizes document management, data entry accuracy, and timely processing of billing and commissions per established procedures.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 3-years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of technical support experience and/or insurance agency management system experience preferred
• Property & Casualty Broker's license and/or Life, Accident, and Health license or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire

Responsabilités

• Document management: process daily incoming and outgoing documents for all departments and branches within the agency; retrieve, scan and attach documents to customers' files; launch workflows in AMS
• Maintain agency files accurately by researching, validating and entering data according to workflows
• Process daily interface items/download data, including commissions management, per procedures
• Process billing items received from carriers or internal staff according to procedures
• Provide support to colleagues by responding to basic to moderately complex inquiries and troubleshooting
• Perform other duties as assigned
