Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant years in the industry.
Knowledge of insurance and experience with internal customers.

Responsibilities

Produce product leadership & documentation for forms and workflows.
Serve as SME for system testing and line-of-business projects.
Review daily procedures to boost productivity and efficiency.
