Position Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee management of all operations across a multi-site, multi-state insurance agency platform with the expectations of measurable growth across all lines of insurance in all sites.

This includes policy growth and premium growth.

The Operations manager will create a healthy working environment across both sites culminating in collaborative efforts across the organization where performance is appreciated, recognized, and rewarded.

Compensation

Base Salary plus Incentive Compensation Range: $65-75,000 salary + Incentive compensation.

Total Compensation potential $100,000+.

Benefits

Ideal candidate would possess P&C and L&H licenses and have management or leadership experience in the insurance/financial services industry.
