Mike Stuckey State Farm is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet clients, answer calls, and support the insurance team. You’ll manage front desk operations and assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational skills, and a professional appearance. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; experience with Microsoft Office is expected; training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or admin support experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage scheduling of appointments and maintain calendars for insurance agents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Provide basic information about insurance products and services or direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
• Support the team with document preparation and client communication.
