Michael Johnson - State Farm Agent is seeking a dynamic Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join our insurance agency. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, answer and direct calls, and help maintain a professional front desk.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about insurance products. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, receptionist or related experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls 8:30 AM–2:30 PM.
• Provide friendly, professional client service.
• Assist clients with basic questions and service requests.
• Route complex service and sales needs to the appropriate team member.
• Support Account Managers with administrative and client service tasks.
• Assist with client follow-ups, documentation, and account updates.
• Maintain accurate notes and client records.
• Help ensure calls and client requests are handled promptly.
• Provide general administrative support to the agency.
