Job summary

Virginia Farm Bureau Family of Companies is seeking a Member Service Specialist for our Henrico County office in Glen Allen, VA. This full-time role focuses on administering insurance products, supporting the county staff, and driving member satisfaction.

The position offers a 8:30am–5:00pm workday, a competitive compensation range, and benefits including medical/dental insurance and 401K. Licensing and sales training are provided by the company on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Property & Casualty license within 6 months, company paid.
• Previous insurance or sales experience preferred.
• This is a W-2 position only.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to the county insurance staff in the solicitation, processing and servicing of our insurance products.
• Working with our County Board of Directors.
• Promoting Farm Bureau Bank.
• Assist individuals/ members with health insurance needs.
