Job summary

Virginia Farm Bureau's Hanover County Office in Ashland, VA is seeking a full-time Member Service Specialist to provide friendly, accurate service and support to county staff and members.

The compensation range is $36,000–$56,000 annually. Benefits include paid licensing training, medical and dental insurance from day one, a 401(k) with 6% company match, Paid Time Off, gym discounts, and other perks.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative support experience.
• Outstanding technical skills, including MS Office applications.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Property & Casualty license (within 3 months of hire) Paid for by company.
• Previous insurance experience preferred.
• Paid training for licensing and standard sales training.
• Ongoing development and support in all roles.

Responsibilities
