Job summary
Virginia Farm Bureau’s Augusta County Office in Verona, VA, seeks a Part-Time Member Service Specialist working 22.5 hours weekly. You’ll assist county staff with insurance product processing and servicing, and support members with health insurance needs, reporting to the Agency Manager.

Qualifications
- Previous administrative support experience.
- Outstanding technical skills with MS Office applications.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Property & Casualty license within 6 months of hire, company paid.
Responsibilities
- Assist county staff with soliciting, processing and servicing insurance products.
- Collaborate with County Board of Directors.
- Assist individuals/members with health insurance needs.
