Job summary
Virginia Farm Bureau in King William County seeks a Member Service Specialist to provide administrative support, assist with insurance products, and serve members with health insurance needs. This full-time, on-site role offers paid training, licensing support, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance from day one and ample PTO.
Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with salary range $36,000–$56,000 annually.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative support experience.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Outstanding technical skills including MS Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the county insurance staff in the solicitation, processing and servicing of our insurance products.
- Work with our County Board of Directors.
- Assist individuals/members with health insurance needs.
