Qualifications

• Handle insurance processing and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide administrative support to county president and board of directors.
• Maintain county records, files, and financial accounting system.
• Administer membership renewal and enter data into the membership system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the county sales team through insurance processing and service support.
• Quote home and auto, process new business, and promote cross-selling for Agents.
• Promote Healthcare product offerings and facilitate referrals.
• Plan and assist in county board meetings, including recording minutes.
