Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to work Monday-Friday.
• Able to meet production metrics.
• Highly organized and works well in a team.
• Experience in criminal justice, insurance claims, call center or police departments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact and research law enforcement agencies to obtain accident-related media.
• Maintain communication with police departments regarding statuses.
• Process, verify and distribute media to insurance customers.
• Review and manage digital evidence including graphic content.
• Document activity and uphold production standards and SLAs.
• Support secure handling, encryption and distribution of digital files.
• Prepare media for customer delivery, including encrypted USB transfers.
• Generate shipping labels and coordinate outbound deliveries.
• Assist with incoming mail processing and other ops tasks.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy and data handling requirements.
