The role begins in-office in Duluth, GA, transitioning to a hybrid work model with managerial approval. Prior experience in criminal justice, insurance claims, or call centers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research law enforcement agencies to facilitate retrieval of accident-related media.
• Coordinate with police departments on media requests and order statuses.
• Process and distribute media to insurance customers.
• Review digital evidence including graphic images.
• Document activity and maintain production standards and SLAs.
• Support secure handling, encryption, and distribution of digital files.
• Prepare media for delivery, including copying files to encrypted USB devices.
• Generate shipping labels and coordinate UPS deliveries.
• Assist with mail processing and other operational support tasks.
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy when handling sensitive materials.
