Qualifications

• 2-4 years minimum product management or product owner experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
• Ability to work with others to modify or maintain a product and identify technology challenges.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated readiness to engage in customer engagements.
• Willingness to work under minimal supervision.
• Education to Qualify: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Gather inputs to identify opportunities, define requirements, and support prioritization.
• Support products from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
• Partner with Technology, Client Engagement, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver product enhancements and resolve customer issues.
• Assist with business cases, product plans, launch materials, and sales enablement content that communicate product value and customer outcomes.
• Monitor revenue, cost drivers, pricing inputs, and P&L performance to inform product decisions.
• Monitor industry, competitive, and regulatory developments and identify implications for current and future product capabilities.
• Support customer meetings, demonstrations, pilots, adoption efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives that increase utilization, streamline workflows, enhance customer experience, and improve business results.
