Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Manager with M&A expertise to lead our Insurance Value Creation practice in the United States. You will guide complex technology, operations, and business transformations for Private Equity and corporate strategic clients across the transaction lifecycle, from pre-close diligence to post-close integration and value creation initiatives.

You will mentor teams, shape the practice’s strategic direction, and lead business development with senior insurers and PE

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, M&A advisory, or related leadership roles.
• Deep expertise across insurance subsectors including brokers, carriers, MGAs, and InsurTech.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology, operations, and business transformation engagements across the transaction lifecycle.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and Private Equity operating partners.
• Oversee pre-close technology and operational due diligence efforts by assessing risks and identifying value creation opportunities.
• Direct post‑close integration, separation, and transformation programs.
• Provide executive guidance on technology investments, operating model decisions, and transformation roadmaps.
• Ensure successful engagement delivery by managing scope, quality, financial performance, staffing, and client satisfaction across multiple engagements.
• Lead executive steering committees, workshops, and client presentations.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive measurable business outcomes for clients.
