Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years leading business and technology strategy projects in property & casualty Insurance.
• Experience with complex systems integration and technology transformation.
• Active professional network in the local market and strong communication & leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new and existing Insurance client opportunities focusing on P&C, brokerages, MGAs, and InsurTech.
• Lead development of proposals, work plans, pricing estimates, and risk assessments.
• Partner with Technology and Operations practices to build multi-disciplinary proposals.
• Drive marketing campaigns with Insurance and WM leaders; grow the Insurance practice.
• Oversee practice budgets and financials; guide recruitment and talent growth.
