Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Consultant in Insurance Mergers & Acquisitions to partner with private equity and corporate clients across transactions. You will perform due diligence, lead post‑close integration, and drive technology enablement to create value and improve operations.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in consulting or M&A within Insurance, strong communication skills, and familiarity with AI-enabled workflows. Travel up to 30% is typical for diligence and execution across locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, M&A, or IT within the Insurance industry.
• Experience in M&A‑centric roles with Private Equity or corporate strategics.
• Familiarity with SaaS, software transactions, and tech transformations is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients across the transaction lifecycle including platform acquisitions and divestitures.
• Conduct due diligence identifying risks and opportunities in compliance, operations, and growth.
• Lead post‑close engagement and integration, including technology enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to implement processes and technologies for value and efficiency.
