This 100% in-office position entails close collaboration with insureds, brokers, and defense counsel to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; license retention/CE as needed.
• 2+ years bodily injury experience in liability claims and settlements.
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with MS Office and claim handling software.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate less complex claims under supervision with significant authority and direct impact on outcomes.
• Provide laser-focused customer service and build lasting client relationships with insureds and brokers.
• Analyze claims, policies and endorsements to determine coverage and exposure.
• Coordinate a litigation plan with defense counsel to balance cost-effective defense and insured interests.
• Conduct thorough investigations, interview involved parties, and review medical and exposure data.
• Attend depositions, mediations, trials, and settlement meetings as required; may involve travel.
• Maintain diary and ensure cases move toward favorable financial outcomes.
