Allstate Insurance Agency - Brian King is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Agent for in-office, hybrid, or remote work, local to Matthews, NC. The role offers a base pay range of $40K-$60K per year with total compensation of $85K-$125K+ depending on performance and leads provided.

This position requires an active Property & Casualty license and at least 1 year of insurance sales experience. You will handle outbound/inbound sales, cross-sell products, and contribute to a high-performing agency

We are currently hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent with flexibility for In-Office, Hybrid, or Remote work arrangements, for candidates local to the Matthews, NC area. Base pay ranges from $40K to $60K annually, with total compensation potential of $85K to $125K+ annually.

The LSP will leverage leads including warm transfers, mailers, internet leads, referrals, self-developed leads, as well as opportunities to cross-sell into one of the largest Allstate agencies in the Charlotte area. We are poised for growth, and willing to pay for the right talent. Candidates must have an active Property & Casualty License.

We are looking for true customer-oriented sales agents providing insurance and financial products to help customers protect their homes, cars, lives, and retirement income.
