Job summary

Associated Insurance and Risk Management Advisors seeks a Talent Development Specialist to coordinate onboarding, develop learning resources, and support live and virtual sessions. You will work with the Talent Development Manager to capture job knowledge, document workflows, and maintain accessible learning materials.

Experience in the insurance industry is essential, with a focus on coordination, communication, and facilitating training across in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats.

Qualifications

• Relevant insurance industry experience typically acquired while working as an Account Manager for 3 to 5 years.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic and familiarity with learning platforms.
• Ability to explain processes clearly and create accessible learning resources.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, content development, and training activities.

Responsibilities

• Support talent development initiatives under the Talent Development Manager.
• Coordinate departmental onboarding schedules and learning activities.
• Document departmental workflows and common tasks in practical resources.
• Create and update eLearning materials using approved tools; learn Articulate Rise/Storyline.
• Support live, hybrid, and virtual sessions; manage attendance and logistics.
• Provide routine learning platform support and report participation/feedback.
• Collaborate with HR and vendors to support internship and development initiatives.
• Prepare clear learning communications and assist employees in using platforms.
