World Insurance Associates is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver training for new hires and newly acquired agency teams. This role supports onboarding, process documentation, and technology adoption across our organization.

You will lead training sessions (on-site, virtual, and on‑demand), develop materials, coordinate schedules with stakeholders, and provide progress insights to the Process Governance team. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty insurance industry knowledge is required.
• Training experience within the insurance industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions aligned to strategic goals.
• Develop training materials and e-learning tools.
• Schedule training and report progress to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new agency team members in systems.
• Manage on-site, virtual, and on-demand training delivery.
• Provide weekly progress reports to Process Governance.
