World Insurance Associates is seeking a talented Talent Development Manager to lead initiatives shaping the employee experience. The role combines strategy, hands-on execution, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive learning and development across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years in Talent Development, strong facilitation skills, and program-management excellence for a growing team and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Approx. 5-7 years in Talent Development, Learning/Training.
• Experience presenting and facilitating in front of all audience levels; virtual and in-person.
• Strong program management experience with multiple large projects.
• Experience with managing events, participant communications, and continuous improvement of content and experience.
• Ability to partner with diverse stakeholders to assess training needs and evolve solutions.
• Experience building orientation/onboarding for a growing sales force to ensure robust integration.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Experience navigating a matrixed environment with M&A activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and initiatives across the Talent Development space.
• Partner with HR Acquisition for new leaders and onboarding post-acquisitions.
• Develop digital learning strategy and dashboards for compliance training.
• Design and evolve leadership and manager capability programs.
• Support performance management with communication plans and resources.
• Oversee program management of new priorities during rapid growth.
