Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a Remote Training Specialist to design and deliver training for new employees and acquired agency teams. You will facilitate process and technology training using customized tools and coordinate with stakeholders on scheduling and success metrics.

You will manage onboarding in Applied Epic and Dyad ALIS, create training materials, and support user acceptance testing for software upgrades.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty insurance knowledge is required.
• Training experience within the insurance industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions aligned to goals.
• Develop training materials and e-learning tools.
• Coordinate training schedules with stakeholders.
• Create quick reference guides and SOPs.
• Deliver on-site, virtual, and on-demand programs.
• Provide progress reports to Process Governance team.
• Onboard new agency teams in Applied Epic and/or Dyad ALIS.
• Support data governance training and onboarding activities.
