The Atlantic District in Frederick, Maryland seeks a Lead Agent to own the sales process from prospect contact through policy binding. You will build deep client relationships and provide tailored protection, contributing to the growth of our local community.

You will work with underwriting partners, manage a healthy pipeline, and maintain precise client records while delivering clear policy explanations and exceptional service. This role supports a Mon-Fri schedule with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in insurance sales.
• Strong ability to clearly articulate complex policy details to diverse clients.
• Technical proficiency with standard agency management systems and digital document tools.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding individual sales objectives.
• Experience managing a pipeline and following up on leads consistently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process from initial prospect contact through policy binding.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every client is adequately protected.
• Collaborate with underwriting partners to secure the best possible coverage options for policyholders.
