Ideal candidates have a Maryland P&C license, 3+ years in consultative sales or CRM, and comfort with digital documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty license.
• 3+ years experience in consultative sales or CRM.
• Ability to simplify complex information for clients.
• Comfort with digital documentation and agency management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Life and Health license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of client risk profiles to provide meaningful coverage recommendations.
• Act as a primary point of contact for new inquiries, guiding prospective clients through the selection process.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and policy modifications.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate risk assessment for non-standard policies.
• Identify gaps in existing coverage and suggest better protection for families and businesses.
• Participate in local community outreach events to build brand awareness in Harford County.
