Job summary

Synechron is a leading global consulting firm seeking a dynamic Insurance sales leader to drive new business growth in New Jersey. The role focuses on acquiring new logos, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and building executive relationships with CXOs in the Insurance sector.

You will collaborate with delivery, solutions, and leadership teams to craft tailored client solutions, manage pipelines, and forecast revenue.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT services and consulting sales experience focused on Insurance.
Proven ability to acquire new logos and meet revenue targets.
Strong understanding of Insurance, Annuities, Retirement, and Wealth Management processes.
Experience selling IT consulting, digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, and managed services.
Established relationships with Insurance clients and decision-makers.
Experience with onsite, offshore, and nearshore delivery models.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Identify, target, and acquire new clients within Insurance.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.
