Job summary
NTT DATA is seeking a proven Insurance Industry Sales Leader to accelerate transformation using Salesforce, AI, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and Industry Cloud solutions. The role focuses on building executive relationships, creating pipeline, and leading complex Salesforce engagements within the Insurance sector.
You will drive growth with executives, collaborate across Salesforce and alliance teams, and expand Salesforce-led modernization across client organizations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise sales, business development, or consulting sales experience.
- 8+ years of success selling Salesforce consulting, implementation, managed services, or digital transformation.
- 5+ years of experience selling into the Insurance industry, including carriers, brokers, reinsurers, or Insurance technology organizations.
Responsibilities
- Drive New Business Growth: identify, pursue, and close Salesforce consulting, implementation, modernization, managed-services, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and AI opportunities within Insurance accounts.
- Build Executive Relationships: establish trusted advisor relationships with Insurance executives and engage around modernization, data strategy, AI adoption, and operational excellence.
- Partner Across the Ecosystem: develop strong relationships with Salesforce AEs, RVPs, Industry Leaders, and Alliance teams.
- Expand Salesforce-Led Transformation: position Salesforce Industry Clouds, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and related offerings across functions.
- Shape and lead strategic pursuits from qualification through contract execution.
