Gallagher Bassett is seeking a motivated business development professional to drive new revenue and expand relationships within the insurance and risk management industry. You will identify opportunities, develop client relationships, and tailor insurance solutions with independence and strategic insight.

The role requires TPA experience and a bachelor’s degree, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging CRM tools and market insight to advance opportunities and close deals.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication for engaging with prospects, clients, and colleagues.
• Independent problem-solving and proactive approach to responsibility.
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task with attention to detail and time management.
• Action-oriented with resilience, entrepreneurial spirit, and coachable mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; licensing exam within 90 days, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by generating revenue from prospects and clients; build a long-term book of business.
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, events, and social media to cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track opportunities in a CRM system.
• Prepare tailored materials for client meetings and strategize solutions with the sales team.
• Support renewals and account management with data gathering and policy reviews.
