Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a motivated insurance sales professional to drive new business growth in transportation, trucking, and fleet risk. You will identify opportunities, secure accounts, and expand our market presence across regional and national fleets.

You will build strong client relationships, understand business and risk management goals, and collaborate with account management, service, and carrier teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant licensing or equivalent experience.
• Professional designation such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by identifying and securing transportation, trucking, and fleet accounts.
• Build relationships with prospects by understanding their business and risk management goals.
• Develop and expand a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Serve as a trusted advisor delivering customized insurance and risk management solutions.
• Partner with account management, service, and carrier teams to deliver competitive solutions.
• Retain and grow existing accounts by identifying coverage gaps and opportunities.
• Lead client strategy discussions, presentations, and renewal meetings with executive relationships.
