Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in outsourcing, staffing, or professional services.
• Proven outbound prospecting success.
• CRM experience (Salesforce required).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage assigned target accounts to generate new business.
• Build and maintain relationships through disciplined outreach.
• Conduct discovery and needs analysis with Solution Architects.
• Position Staff Boom solutions to address operational challenges.
• Drive expansion by selling additional seats into accounts.
• Maintain pipeline visibility within Salesforce.
• Coordinate onboarding with BDMs, Solution Architects, and Operations.
• Meet or exceed quarterly new-logo and expansion revenue targets.
• Represent Staff Boom professionally in partner meetings.
• Manage and close 30–60 day sales cycles.
