Job summary

Talently is seeking an Account Executive to support clients through the insurance lifecycle, coordinating with carriers and wholesale brokers. The role involves handling a high volume of client calls in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in insurance brokerage, a P&C license, and solid back-office experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an insurance brokerage.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Producer License required.
• Experience handling back-office operations across the client lifecycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including client calls.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Applied EPIC.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience working with insurance carriers and wholesale brokers.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across the full insurance lifecycle, from onboarding through servicing.
• Respond to a high volume of client calls with timely, professional assistance.
• Coordinate with carriers and wholesale brokers to meet client coverage needs.
• Manage back-office operations and maintain complete account documentation.
• Use Applied EPIC and Google Workspace to organize client information and workflows.
• Identify and resolve service issues, escalating complex matters when needed.
• Balance priorities while preserving service quality and attention to detail.
