Ryan Specialty, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to support the Broker team in executing trades, managing accounts, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with internal teams, stay informed on market trends, and contribute to new business and renewal submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Insurance industry with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Sales, and Risk Management preferred.
• State P&C and/or surplus line licenses; CISR and CIL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares accounts for new business and renewal process as directed by the broker; initiates renewal reviews to deliver optimal client coverage.
• Supports broker in creating market submissions and cover letters for agents; reviews documents for accuracy.
• Builds relationships with brokers; understands brokerage operations to support business needs.
• Collaborates with broker to drive renewals and solicit new business through client referrals.
• Prepares new business strategies with brokers; includes proposals and presentations for opportunities.
• Evaluates and mitigates risks; ensures adherence to regulations and internal policies.
• Ensures data accuracy in internal systems; creates documentation and meets quality standards.
• Generates reports on performance and portfolio trends to inform brokers.
