Job summary

PrismHR is seeking a Client Growth Manager, Insurance to expand adoption of our insurance, benefits, and advisory solutions within existing customers. You will discover opportunities, engage partners, and coordinate with Benefit Sales Consultants to move deals through quoting and contracting.

You will build relationships with PEOs, ASOs, and payroll bureaus while collaborating with multiple teams to advance opportunities and provide superior customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and skills preferred.
• Five (5)+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, customer growth, consultative sales, account management.
• Experience working with PEOs, ASOs, payroll service bureaus, benefit technology, brokers, carriers, or HR technology preferred.
• Health and Life insurance license or willingness to obtain an applicable license.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted growth plans for PrismHR customers and prioritize opportunities by needs and revenue potential.
• Identify and qualify opportunities across advisory services, insurance solutions, and broker-of-record services.
• Lead partner sales pipeline, coordinate outreach, and ensure smooth handoffs for quoting and contracting.
