Job summary

North Suburban Agencies, Inc. is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers. The role involves greeting clients in person, answering phones, handling routine service requests, and supporting the team with administrative tasks in a busy insurance office.

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and comfort with computer systems. A Property & Casualty license is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate team member.
• Assist customers with general questions and routine service requests.
• Schedule appointments and assist with follow-up communication.
• Collect and organize information and documentation needed by agency team members.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and office organization.
• Support licensed team members with customer service and policy-related administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and agency information.
• Help ensure day-to-day front office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
