Responsibilities

• Generate new customers through field prospecting, referrals, leads, and target marketing.
• Build relationships and respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Meet a minimum of 75% of personal production for the year as an agent.
• Conduct sales presentations aligned with the needs assessment approach.
• Field train and accompany independent agents to develop sales skills.
• Mentor and coach agents and help with appointment setting and planning.
• Ensure timely reporting of operational issues in new business setup.
