Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company, is seeking an Agency Sales Coordinator to drive new customer acquisition and support current clients within a defined geographic area in the United States. Life, Accident and Health license required prior to appointment.

Responsibilities

Generate new customers and sales through field prospecting, referrals, leads, target marketing, direct contact, and current Combined policyholders.
Build customer relationships and respond to needs and concerns.
Meet a minimum of 75% of personal production for the year as an agent and sales standards set by Agency to remain affiliated.
Conduct sales presentations consistent with new Customer Needs and Assessment approach; present company sales materials and demonstrate the Sales Process.
Field train and accompany all assigned Independent Agents; support new agents to develop understanding of the sales process; assist in appointment setting and business setup.
Report operation issues in setting up new business; promote an entrepreneurial spirit; execute the Sales System; maintain professional communication; set and pursue goals.
