Job summary

Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company, is seeking an Agency Sales Coordinator to prospect and meet with customers, selling insurance products within a defined area and supporting sales objectives. You will help identify and appoint new independent agents, support presentations, and set up business operations with them.

The role also covers field training, mentorship for agents, appointment setting, and ensuring sales goals are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

• Generate new customers through field prospecting, referrals, leads and current policyholders.
• Build relationships and respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Meet production targets and maintain sales standards set by Agency.

Responsibilities

• Field train and accompany independent agents to sales calls and presentations.
• Support new agents to develop understanding of the sales process.
• Assist in appointment setting, planning and coverage for agents as needed.
• Mentor established agents with field training and coaching.
• Report operation issues in setting up new business.
