Job summary

Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company, is seeking an Agency Coordinator to prospect and meet with customers to sell insurance within a defined geographic area and support delivery of sales objectives. The AC will help identify and appoint independent agents, accompany them on sales calls, and provide field training to ensure strong knowledge of products and the company sales process.

Qualifications

• Prospect new customers within a geographic area.
• Identify and appoint new independent agents and support them on sales calls.
• Meet production targets and maintain sales standards.
• Deliver sales presentations and demonstrate the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customers through field prospecting, referrals, leads, target marketing, direct contact, and current Combined policyholders.
• Build customer relationships and respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Meet a minimum of 75% of personal production for the year as an agent and sales standards set by Agency to remain affiliated.
• Conduct Sales presentations consistent with new Customer Needs and Assessment approach.
• Agent Field Training: train and accompany all assigned Independent Agents and support their development.
