Job summary

Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company, is seeking an Agency Sales Coordinator to prospect new customers and meet with current ones to sell insurance within a defined geographic area and to support sales objectives for the assigned area.

The role also helps identify and appoint new independent agents, supports presentations, and sets up the business with them. It includes field training and coaching to help agents achieve their sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or agency sales preferred.
• Ability to prospect and meet with customers to sell insurance products.
• Licensing requirements: Life, Accident and Health license prior to appointment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customers through field prospecting, referrals, leads, and current policyholders.
• Build customer relationships and respond to needs and concerns.
• Meet a minimum of 75% of personal production for the year as an agent.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate the company's sales process.
• Support in identifying and appointing new independent agents and accompany them to calls.
• Provide field training and coaching to established agents during visits.
• Report operational issues in setting up new business.
