The role focuses on handling complex insurance defense matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will manage caseloads from inception through resolution, draft pleadings, conduct depositions, appear at hearings, and coordinate with insurance carrier clients to develop litigation strategies.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the New York State Bar.
• 2+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience.
• Familiarity with New York court procedures.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with depositions, motions, and discovery is preferred.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities
