Qualifications

• 3+ years of New York insurance defense litigation experience.
• Admission to the New York Bar.
• Strong deposition experience.
• Court appearance and motion practice experience.
• Experience in New York Supreme Court practice.
• Trucking and transportation litigation experience (preferred).
• Fraud-focused insurance defense experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct and defend depositions independently.
• Appear regularly in court.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.
• Participate in trial preparation and trial work.
• Provide strategic reporting and analysis to carrier clients.
• Respond to urgent incidents, including on-site investigations.
