Job summary

LeoForce in New York, NY is seeking Insurance Defense Attorneys at all levels to join a premier litigation team. This firm offers mentorship, a collaborative culture, and exposure to complex negligence and tort matters.

Eligible candidates include JD holders admitted to NY Bar, experience in auto liability, general liability, medical malpractice, and opportunities for trial work. Competitive salary ($150k–$225k) with bonus and hybrid/remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school and admission to NY Bar.
• Experience with auto liability and motor vehicle accident cases.
• Experience in general liability, medical malpractice, slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, construction defect.
• Bonus: 1st or 2nd chair trial experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in insurance defense litigation and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy, discovery, and negotiations.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a culture of litigation excellence.
