Travelers is seeking counsel to handle a caseload of predominantly low to moderate complexity, delivering high-quality case handling and advising insured clients and claim partners. The role emphasizes litigation skills, research, writing, and relationship-building with clients and partners.

You will manage cases from inception through trial, hearings and appeals, travel as needed, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on exceptional client service and outcomes.

Competenze

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent international law degree.
• 2 years experience as a practicing attorney.
• Active license in good standing to practice law in required states.
• Willingness to travel to meetings and hearings.

Mansioni

• Develop and apply litigation skills to try cases to verdict or negotiate resolution.
• Conduct legal research and persuasive writing.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other documents.
• Attend court events, depositions and appointments independently.
• Provide case analysis and recommendations to insured clients and claim partners.
