Job summary

Gallagher, based in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Account Support Specialist to support member insurance program operations, data accuracy, and member portal administration. You will maintain member data across databases, coordinate renewals, and support reporting and service delivery.

You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and members to ensure records are complete and up-to-date, provide portal assistance, and help drive efficiency through data-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance administration, database administration, records management, or related operational functions.
• Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain member data in databases and pool management systems.
• Track member accounts, exposure data, and renewal information for reporting and renewals.
• Review records for completeness and accuracy; coordinate corrections with members and teams.
• Maintain current insurance records and supporting documentation.
• Generate data extracts and operational reports for program administration.
